We customize your event to reflect your uniqueness and work to ensure that we bring to life your vision of a perfect day. You will work directly with one of our coordinators to develop a one-of-a-kind event no matter how small. Our service is unique in that all services offered are à la carte. planning + coordination (required with every event)
Our elopements, intimate weddings, vow renewals and marriage proposals include the following planning services:
An initial phone consultation to determine how the event will look and feel
A customized listing of our a la carte services, including pricing
Up to (2) face to face meetings in Santa Barbara
Customized vendor, venue, restaurant and accommodation referrals
Managing communication with vendors and contract negotiation
Phone and email consultations regarding timeline
Confirmation of all contracts and details with vendors
Detailed wedding day timeline including layout of event area
Primary vendor liaison supervising arrivals, set-up, execution and break-down of event
Setup of personal wedding details including signage, guest book, programs, etc
Direct ceremony processional
Assist client, bridal party, family members and and guests throughout the event
Ensure marriage license is signed by all necessary participants and given to the officiant
Oversee client's gifts are secure and delivered to the designated person or location
Distribute final vendor payments and gratuities as instructed on your behalf
Wedding day emergency kit
Note: Our planning fee starts at $2,500 for ceremony only up to 10 people, plus $200 for each additional 10 guests. Planning of a ceremony with dinner, reception or larger group starts at $6,500 plus an optional $1,000+ for design assistance. Please inquire on exact pricing as fees vary based on venue, guest count, day of week and extent of your event.

Our experienced wedding officiants perform custom ceremonies to meet the needs of our couples. These include civil, spiritual, religious and non-denominational ceremonies. You will work with your officiant directly to ensure your ceremony is customized to your liking.
